I emailed you a question three times: what will happen to my contract on 01/01/2023? There is no answer. Cannot be reached by phone. And the automatic TRUUS doesn't understand anything at all. Otherwise I'm satisfied. It is a pity that a simple question remains unanswered.

completely unattainable

Recently, energy prices have deteriorated sharply, failing to meet the 30-day legal deadline for price increases. Even if the minister says that direct energy must comply, direct energy does not and complaints about it are dealt with with a standard message without taking the complaint seriously, how feeble! They raise prices quickly over just before the price. The government cap only shows gains and enrichment on the backs of the taxpayers, which is us. Contact becomes almost impossible or very difficult. (which is not surprising after all the chaos that Energiedirekt causes). An average of 1.2 on Trustpilot does a lot more justice to reality than the "inflated and unrealistic" 8.2 that energydirect has been claiming on their website for months (without adjustments) show me how "wrong" you can be? I would say check out Trustpilot.

Regarding clear information and summaries

I didn't know energiedirect yet, but I came across it when I was looking for a new energy provider through the consumer advice center. I was only able to sign the contract directly and found it quite exciting, but so far they have fulfilled all the agreements. News that I don't have to worry about this energy crisis because I had a fixed price contract. For the second month in a row I have now received clear descriptions of our energy consumption via email. Therefore, I look forward to the continuation of our contract with confidence.
